Prototype: German Federal Railroad (DB) type AB4ü express train passenger cars, 1st/2nd class. German Sleeping Car and Dining Car Company (DSG) type WR4üe skirted dining car, used on the German Federal Railroad (DB). The cars look as they did around 1953.
Model: This is a five-part express train passenger car set consisting of four 1st/2nd class skirted express train passenger cars and a DSG dining car (skirted car). The cars have the correct paint scheme and lettering. Imprinting is used to represent the cover plates for the class numbers for 1st class so that 2nd class is visible on the models for use in "F-Zug" express trains. All of the cars have close coupler hooks.
Total length over the buffers 520 mm / 20-1/2".
The 88856 locomotive goes perfectly with this car set.
